It is observed that mostly teachers in our community are not trained or have old and obsolete skills of teaching. As a result our kids and youngsters are deprived of quality education. They are not skilful because of weak teachers and cannot compete with the other students who study at urban centers and fine schools in big cities. Qalam Qirtas intends to begin a new project called "Quality Education through Competent Teachers". In this program our organization will hold workshops and in-service training sessions to improving the teaching skills of teachers from private and government school in KTS. Qalam Qirtas envisions the society of Khalabat as well educated and civilized community and we hope that with the help of this intended project we can achieve our target of quality education imparted to our young generation.
